So This was the edit. Basically, All Sprites (Animated or Not) Will include a black outline just like in this image shown here.

I could put this as a update to the other sprite but I wanted to hear your opinion as to how you think of the idea?

I want to give them a more sticker appeal and this seemed to be the best path/idea
